Returns/exchanges

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported, this also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged/defective product

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, a free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported to info@iqraanation.com  within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof.
